More info...

Invoice Line Project Allocation extends Dolibarr by allowing supplier invoice lines to be allocated across multiple projects.

By default, Dolibarr allows assigning an invoice or invoice line to a single project. In many real-world scenarios, however, a supplier invoice contains costs that belong to several projects.

This module solves this limitation by allowing a single supplier invoice line to be split and allocated to multiple projects directly from the invoice interface.

This provides much more accurate project cost tracking and financial transparency.

Key Features

• Allocate a single supplier invoice line to multiple projects
• Split costs by quantity (pcs) or by monetary amount
• Accurate project cost tracking and reporting
• Allocations reflected in project profit and margin calculations
• Linked invoice lines visible in the project overview
• Searchable project selection when assigning projects
• Configurable project selector to include draft, open, or closed projects
• Flexible configuration allowing project assignment on invoice level, line level, or both
• Lightweight implementation with no modification of Dolibarr core files

Administration

The module includes a configuration page where administrators can control:

• Which project statuses are available for allocation (Draft / Open / Closed)
• Whether module data should be removed when uninstalling

Compatibility

• Dolibarr 23+
• PHP 8.1+
