The Employee Disciplinary Tracking module allows companies to efficiently manage all disciplinary actions related to their employees. It centralizes sanctions, their reasons, associated documents, and the complete history for each employee.
The module displays a complete list of recorded disciplinary actions: reference number, employee concerned, date, reason, and sanction status.
Each line represents an individual disciplinary action applied to an employee.
An Add (+) button opens a form to register a new disciplinary sanction.
The administrator can select:
the employee concerned
the date
the reason (e.g., “Repeated delays”, “Lack of respect towards a colleague”)
an explanation provided by the employee
the type of sanction applied, such as:
Verbal warning
Temporary suspension
Salary deduction
The module includes two fully customizable category systems:

Each category has a custom color, making visual identification easier.

Lack of respect toward a colleague
These reasons are reused when creating disciplinary actions.
By clicking on an action, the user accesses a detailed record containing:
the employee concerned
the date
the reason
the applied sanction
the explanation given by the employee
From this record, it is possible to edit or delete the disciplinary action.
The module allows uploading and managing supporting documents related to each disciplinary action, such as:
contracts
reports
official notices
written warnings
Two methods are available:
Upload a file (PDF, image, etc.)
Link an existing document via URL
Uploaded files appear in a clear list with name, size, and date.
Each disciplinary action includes an “Additional Documents” tab to store all legal or HR documentation associated with the case.
This facilitates internal audits, HR follow-up, and future decision-making.
