Features

Templates

  • Create entry templates: a reference, a description and the lines of the entry (account, subledger account, operation label, debit or credit).
  • Edit, clone and delete templates from the Accounting menu.

New transaction from a template

  • A Template selector is added to Dolibarr's own New transaction form (Accounting > Ledger).
  • On Create, all the lines of the template are added to the transaction, with its date, journal and reference.
  • Adjust the amounts if needed, then validate the transaction as usual.

Also

  • Template lines are copied: changing a template never changes the transactions already created.
  • Three permissions: read, create/update, delete.
  • No configuration needed.

  • Monthly payroll and social security entries
  • Depreciation and monthly accruals
  • Any miscellaneous operation that comes back regularly with the same accounts

Why €2 and not free? Dolistore doesn't report download counts for free modules. Pricing this at the €2 minimum, like all my other modules, is simply the only way for me to know how many people actually use it.
