Turn your Dolibarr into a full multi-tenant SaaS platform: multiple databases, recurring billing, React dashboard, public signup, domain mapping, per-customer branding and automated provisioning.
This module allows you to track expenses incurred during purchasing processes (invoiced, cash, recorded product/service) and allocate them to the product purchase price (in multiple currencies). Furthermore, it includes built-in exchange rate updates. It distributes the added costs to the purchase prices of the products on a unit/quantity basis.

The ProjectBudget module is an extension for Dolibarr that facilitates the estimation and tracking of expenses by type within projects. It allows you to display the percentage of expenses incurred compared to forecasts, based on data entered by the user. Forecasts are created from orders or invoices, depending on the breakdown type assigned to them.
The module offers four predefined breakdown types, customizable according to the company's needs. These breakdowns are used to allocate expenses to orders and supplier invoices related to a project.
Once the breakdowns are entered on the documents, the module provides a project-by-project expense tracking table, displaying the planned amounts, the amounts already ordered or invoiced, and the expense completion ratio.
The module offers configuration options allowing you to choose whether to apply breakdowns to orders, invoices, or use a combination of both. Additional information can also be displayed in the ProjectBudget tab of projects.
Access to module features can be restricted to specific users or groups, providing granular control over project budget operations.
