In certain countries (Belgium, France, etc.) and for specific expense categories (company cars, restaurant meals, etc.), VAT paid to suppliers cannot be fully recovered. Only a percentage is deductible; the remainder must be included in the cost of the expense. This module automates the management of **non-deductible VAT** on supplier invoices in Dolibarr.
DoliDeb automates your French DEB/Intrastat declarations from Dolibarr. Diagnose your invoices, generate DTI+ files (XML, Intracom, Saisunic) and track every submission with a full export history.

The ProjectBudget module is an extension for Dolibarr that facilitates the estimation and tracking of expenses by type within projects. It allows you to display the percentage of expenses incurred compared to forecasts, based on data entered by the user. Forecasts are created from orders or invoices, depending on the breakdown type assigned to them.
The module offers four predefined breakdown types, customizable according to the company's needs. These breakdowns are used to allocate expenses to orders and supplier invoices related to a project.
Once the breakdowns are entered on the documents, the module provides a project-by-project expense tracking table, displaying the planned amounts, the amounts already ordered or invoiced, and the expense completion ratio.
The module offers configuration options allowing you to choose whether to apply breakdowns to orders, invoices, or use a combination of both. Additional information can also be displayed in the ProjectBudget tab of projects.
Access to module features can be restricted to specific users or groups, providing granular control over project budget operations.
