Functionality
The "Enhanced Documents Management" module extends the functionality of the standard "Documents" module.
As in the standard module, this module allows the upload of manual documents, but, in addition, these documents, like any other document that is automatically generated by Dolibarr, can be classified into categories and associated with one or more tags.
Each automatic document (orders, invoices, ...) is also, at the time of its creation, stored in the database and appropriately classified.
A powerful search engine allows a complete series of query and search functions on the document database.
Finally, the following massive operations are present on the selected documents:
- deletion
- download in compressed file format (.zip)
- creating a compressed file
- sending an email with the selected files attached
Installation
- Download the archive file of module (.zip file) from web site DoliStore.com
- Unzip the folder in the root directory of your Dolibarr (/htdocs/)
- Module can then be enabled, set if necessary, and used.
