PROJECT PARTNERS MODULE

Short Description:

We have developed a module called "Project Partners" that will be linked to the Projects module. This module will allow multiple third parties to be associated with a single project. All projects connected to third parties will also be visible in the third-party profile under the "Projects" tab.

Specifications:

Project Card:

Addition of a new tab in the Project card (in the second position) named "Project Partners."

Functionality: New, Edit, Delete (Archived) for project partners.

Project partner fields:

Third-party

Type of partners (editable in the Dictionary)

Status (Draft, Potential, Verified, Archived) – editable in the Dictionary

+Additional field

Statistics:

Number of partners

Number of partners by type

Number of partners by status

This module will disable partner entry when creating a project.

Project List:

Removal of the "Third-party" column in the list of projects.

Addition of a column displaying the total number of partners (with the Verified status).

Addition of a filter to display all projects in which the selected third party participates (with the Verified status).

Third-party Card:

In the third-party profile, under the "Projects" tab, you will see all the projects associated with that third party. Additionally, you will see the new columns added by this module: Partner Type, Status, + Additional Fields.

The "Project Partners" module simplifies the management of project partners, providing a comprehensive overview of their types, statuses, and other relevant information. It contributes to better project and third-party organization, enhancing the efficiency of your operations management.

Installation
    1. Télécharger le fichier archive (.zip) sur dolistore.com
    2. Dézipper l'archive dans le répertoire /htdocs/custom de dolibarr.
    3. Le module peut alors être activé (), paramétré () si besoin depuis la page de configuration des modules et enfin utilisé.
