Features

DoliRent is a suite of modules for managing equipment rental with Dolibarr.

It includes the Rental (rentals), Return (returns management), Dolitools (Dolibarr improvements) and AltaPDF (for rental-specific PDF document models) modules.

With the DoliRent solution, you will be able to completely manage your equipment rental activity.

Your products are for sale and/or rental: don’t lose your purchase and sales information. Your product can be both rented and sold. The product sheet allows you to add rental information to the usual purchase/sale information. You may have stock to sell, and stock to rent.

 

  • Manage your rental price scales (and insurance if you wish) – configurable.
  • The forms for creating documents (quotes, orders, invoices) are suitable for rental:
  • Highlighting the rental cost and the insurance cost.
  • Management of release dates and returns.
  • Management of billable rental duration.
  • Visualization when adding products of your stock availability on the chosen dates.
  • You go from the accepted proposal to the order, from the order to the shipment... in one click while respecting Dolibarr fluidity.
  • Create your exit slips (delivery slip) for shipping – with, for those who use it, serial number management on a single screen.
  • Manage product returns and restocking.
  • Manage invoicing from order or shipment by retaining rental information created from quote – fully compliant with Finance Act 2016.
  • You have PDF models suitable for rental.
  • Specific dashboards and specific agendas will help manage on a daily basis the orders to be prepared, what has gone out, what must come in, availability over time, etc.

Buying this module gives you access to one year of corrective maintenance. This corrective maintenance does not include help to use the module or user support, only bugs correction, providing good use of the module as intended, and within the compatible version of Dolibarr.

Installation and updates

Download the archive .zip of the module.

  • Manual deployment: Unzip the archive to the /htdocs/custom directory of your dolibarr installation.
  • Assisted deployment : Upload the archive directly to your Dolibarr from the Configuration > Modules/Applications, Deploy/Install Plug-in tab.

The module can then be activated and configured.

Before any installation or updates, please make sure that the module is officially compatible with your version of Dolibarr.
