Equipment

The "Equipment" module centralizes the management of all the company's physical assets (machines, tools, devices, etc.). Each piece of equipment is identified by a unique serial number (configurable, imported, or from a batch) and can be:

• Linked to a customer or supplier, as well as to their invoices.
• Be attached to a warehouse.
• Associated with key dates such as commissioning, end of life, best before end, etc.

Events

For complete lifecycle tracking, the module allows you to record "Events": each intervention, maintenance, loan, or other operation results in: - A dedicated record (with start and end dates), linked to one or more pieces of equipment. These events:

• Form a structured chronological history.
• Can be linked to native Dolibarr elements (interventions, contracts, shipments, projects).
• Or to custom links via the customLink module.

Consumption

The "Consumption" section allows you to track the use of consumables or spare parts associated with each piece of equipment:

• During manufacturing.
• During operation (e.g., battery replacement).

• Accurate inventory.
• Maintenance tracking.
• Traceability of interventions.
• Cost control.
