The 26 edition of this book is being published at a time when the reputation of Dolibarr™ is already well established. 24 years after the first lines of code were written by Rodolphe Quiédeville, under the leadership of Laurent Destailleur and with the help of many contributors, the Dolibarr™ ERP/CRM has become a key player in the world of Open Source software.
The Bankimportplus module imports bank transactions from CSV files. It manages templates for various formats and assigns invoices and business partners based on IBAN and purpose. Imported data is compared with existing transactions to avoid duplicates. Invoices are marked as paid and supplier invoices are created as needed.

The ProjectBudget module is an extension for Dolibarr that facilitates the estimation and tracking of expenses by type within projects. It allows you to display the percentage of expenses incurred compared to forecasts, based on data entered by the user. Forecasts are created from orders or invoices, depending on the breakdown type assigned to them.
Main features:
Breakdown management:
The module offers four predefined breakdown types, customizable according to the company's needs. These breakdowns are used to allocate expenses to orders and supplier invoices related to a project.
Expense Tracking:
Once the breakdowns are entered on the documents, the module provides a project-by-project expense tracking table, displaying the planned amounts, the amounts already ordered or invoiced, and the expense completion ratio.
Flexible Configuration:
The module offers configuration options allowing you to choose whether to apply breakdowns to orders, invoices, or use a combination of both. Additional information can also be displayed in the ProjectBudget tab of projects.
Permission Management:
Access to module features can be restricted to specific users or groups, providing granular control over project budget operations.
