Control every business action without replacing native rights

Enable only the areas you want Advanced Rules to manage while retaining native Dolibarr permissions for disabled scopes.

Advanced Rules v2.2 provides granular permissions for sales, purchases, reference data, projects and payments. Version 2.2 adds complete Italian and Spanish translations and dynamic labels based on the active user language.

Permissions by scope

Each scope can be enabled independently. When a scope is disabled, native Dolibarr permissions remain in effect. All / None actions are available for every section on user and group cards.

Third parties

• Send by email, edit, delete and merge third parties

• Create an invoice

Customer invoices

• Create from the secondary menu
• Edit, reopen, validate, send by email, cancel and clone
• View the POS ticket
• Classify as fully or partially paid and create a credit note
• Create and view invoice templates

• View statistics and access billable orders

Supplier proposals

• Validate, edit, reopen, send by email, close and clone
• Accept, refuse or change status
• Create a supplier order

Supplier orders

Mass actions

Advanced Rules permissions also apply to native Dolibarr mass actions. When an individual action is forbidden, its mass-action equivalent is removed from the interface and blocked on the server. Advanced Rules does not add any new mass action.

Five-language interface in 2.2.0

French, English, German, Italian and Spanish catalogs have complete key parity. Permission and scope labels are resolved dynamically from the active user language, including the Advanced Rules section on user and group permission pages.

Compatibility

Declared compatible with Dolibarr 15.0 to 23.0.x. Some actions appear only in Dolibarr versions where they exist natively.

Additional protection

Unauthorized buttons, tabs, menus and mass actions are hidden. Central server-side controls prevent direct execution through a manually modified URL or request. Advanced Rules permissions complement native Dolibarr rights without replacing them.

Module configuration:

• Enabled scopes: Products and services, Customer orders, Shipments, Customer invoices, Supplier orders, Receptions, Supplier invoices, Discounts and free lines
• All other scopes use native Dolibarr permissions
• Purchase flow: Supplier proposal → Supplier order → Reception → Supplier invoice
• Sales flow: Commercial proposal → Customer order → Shipment → Customer invoice
• Direct creation of an order, shipment, reception or invoice without a parent document is not permitted in this demo

Available permissions:

• The accounts can use authorized actions in enabled scopes according to the configured flows
• They cannot delete attached files in enabled scopes
• They cannot add free lines or apply discounts to sales documents
• In Products and services, they cannot view selling or buying prices
• They cannot delete product or service attached files
