SmartInterventions - Interventions sur smartphone, double signature et parc d'équipements 2.0.86 (V18 - V23)

I vostri tecnici compilano il rapporto sul proprio smartphone, firmano con il cliente sul posto, e il PDF parte senza che nessuno debba ribattere nulla in ufficio.

SmartInterventions estende le schede di intervento native di Dolibarr con un'applicazione mobile installabile, due firme autografe, la gestione di un parco di attrezzature e un editor visuale di impaginazione PDF.

L'applicazione mobile

Un'applicazione web progressiva (PWA), installabile sulla schermata iniziale di Android e iOS, limitata rigorosamente agli interventi assegnati al tecnico collegato. Nessun limite al numero di tecnici: basta un account utente Dolibarr.

• Elenco degli interventi del giorno, vista calendario mensile e ricerca.
• Indirizzo dell'intervento con il suo punto GPS e collegamento diretto all'app di navigazione.
• Numero di telefono del cliente selezionabile con un tocco.
• Rapporto digitato o dettato con l'assistente vocale del telefono.
• Foto scattate dall'applicazione stessa, con annotazione: posizionate un segnaposto su un punto preciso per indicare che cosa è stato sostituito.
• Modalità offline: il tecnico sincronizza prima di perdere il segnale, lavora senza connessione e sincronizza di nuovo al ritorno.
• Bozze salvate automaticamente: un rapporto compilato a metà sopravvive a un'interruzione di rete o a un ricaricamento.
• Modalità scura, scala dell'interfaccia e tre interfacce distinte secondo il dispositivo (telefono, tablet, scrivania).

Due firme, sul posto

• Firma del tecnico e firma del cliente, distinte, raccolte sul telefono o sul tablet alla fine dell'intervento.
• Memorizzate separatamente e rese affiancate in tutti i modelli PDF forniti.
• Resta disponibile una modalità complementare di firma online dopo la validazione, per quando il cliente non è presente: collegamento inviato per posta elettronica, oppure il modulo UptoSign per una firma elettronica qualificata.

Parco attrezzature

• Siti, attrezzature e controlli periodici, ognuno con le proprie coordinate GPS.
• Foglio di codici QR stampabile per identificare ogni unità sul posto: il tecnico inquadra e arriva alla scheda giusta.
• Abilitazioni: collegate ogni tecnico alle famiglie di attrezzature che ha il diritto di controllare.
• Importazione in blocco da file CSV, con annullamento del lotto in caso di errore.

Materiali di consumo e giacenze

• Dal telefono il tecnico consulta il sottoinsieme del catalogo che avete scelto e aggiunge i pezzi montati.
• Numeri di serie, numeri di lotto, date di scadenza e garanzie sono seguiti riga per riga.
• Al passaggio allo stato completato le giacenze vengono scalate automaticamente, dal magazzino del tecnico o da quello predefinito.
• Preventivo sul posto: proponete delle righe al cliente e generate la proposta commerciale direttamente dal campo.

Documenti PDF

• Tre modelli PDF forniti (scheda, dossier completo, giro del parco) e due modelli ODT, più un editor visuale di impaginazione con trascinamento: componete i vostri rapporti senza scrivere una riga di codice.
• Copertina, sfondi personalizzabili, foto incorporate e allegati PDF uniti nel file finale.

Moduli dinamici per mestiere

Un mestiere non si programma, si importa. Caricate uno schema JSON e il modulo ne ricava sia il modulo compilato sul telefono sia l'impaginazione del PDF: lista di controllo antincendio, rilievo tecnico, modulo in stile CERFA, perizia di sinistro. Aggiungere un campo di mestiere significa modificare lo schema, non sviluppare una schermata.

Per chi

• Qualsiasi azienda che manda tecnici sul campo: manutenzione, sicurezza antincendio, ascensoristi, fotovoltaico, disinfestazione, perizie.
• Squadre che vogliono smettere di inserire tutto due volte, una su carta e una in Dolibarr.

Prerequisiti

• Dolibarr 18.0 o superiore (testato e supportato fino alla 23).
• PHP 7.4 o superiore.
• Moduli Dolibarr: Terzi, Interventi, Prodotti, Servizi, Operazioni pianificate, Fatturazione, ECM.
• Il modulo SmartAuth, gratuito, che gestisce l'autenticazione dell'applicazione mobile.
• Un host virtuale dedicato è necessario per pubblicare la parte mobile, su un server Apache. Se non potete crearne uno, contattateci: un proxy frontale svolge la stessa funzione.

Installazione

• Pagina iniziale, Configurazione, Moduli, Distribuisci un modulo esterno, quindi inviate il file zip.
• Il modulo è allora disponibile e attivabile.
