SmartInterventions - Interventions sur smartphone, double signature et parc d'équipements 2.0.86 (V18 - V23)

Vos techniciens remplissent leur compte rendu sur leur smartphone, signent avec le client sur place, et le PDF part sans que personne ne ressaisisse quoi que ce soit au bureau.

SmartInterventions prolonge les fiches d'intervention natives de Dolibarr avec une application mobile installable, deux signatures manuscrites, la gestion d'un parc d'équipements et un éditeur visuel de mise en page PDF.

L'application mobile

Une application web progressive (PWA), installable sur l'écran d'accueil Android et iOS, dont le périmètre est strictement limité aux interventions affectées au technicien connecté. Pas de limite de nombre de techniciens : un compte utilisateur Dolibarr suffit.

• Liste des interventions du jour, vue calendrier mensuelle et recherche.
• Adresse de l'intervention avec point GPS et lien direct vers l'application de navigation.
• Téléphone du client cliquable.
• Compte rendu saisi au clavier ou dicté avec l'assistant vocal du téléphone.
• Photos prises depuis l'application, avec annotation : posez un marqueur sur un point précis de la photo pour désigner ce qui a été remplacé.
• Mode hors ligne : le technicien synchronise avant de perdre le réseau, travaille sans connexion, et se resynchronise au retour.
• Brouillons sauvegardés automatiquement : un rapport à moitié rempli survit à une coupure réseau ou à un rechargement.
• Mode sombre, échelle de l'interface, et trois interfaces distinctes selon l'appareil (téléphone, tablette, bureau).

Deux signatures, sur place

• Signature du technicien et signature du client, distinctes, recueillies sur le téléphone ou la tablette à la fin de l'intervention.
• Stockées séparément et rendues côte à côte dans tous les modèles PDF livrés.
• Un mode complémentaire de signature en ligne après validation reste disponible quand le client n'est pas présent : lien envoyé par courriel, ou intégration du module UptoSign pour une signature électronique qualifiée.

Parc d'équipements

• Sites, équipements et contrôles périodiques, avec coordonnées GPS.
• Planche de QR codes imprimable pour identifier chaque unité sur site : le technicien scanne et tombe sur la bonne fiche.
• Habilitations : rattachez chaque technicien aux familles d'équipements qu'il a le droit de contrôler.
• Import en masse par fichier CSV, avec annulation du lot en cas d'erreur.

Consommables et stock

• Le technicien consulte depuis son téléphone le sous-ensemble du catalogue que vous avez choisi, et ajoute les pièces posées.
• Numéros de série, numéros de lot, dates de péremption et garanties sont suivis ligne par ligne.
• Au passage au statut terminé, le stock est décrémenté automatiquement, depuis l'entrepôt du technicien ou l'entrepôt par défaut.
• Devis sur place : proposez des lignes au client et générez la proposition commerciale depuis le terrain.

Documents PDF

• Trois modèles PDF livrés (fiche, dossier complet, tournée de parc) et deux modèles ODT, plus un éditeur visuel de mise en page en glisser-déposer : vous composez vos rapports sans écrire une ligne de code.
• Page de garde, fonds personnalisables, photos incorporées et annexes PDF fusionnées dans le dossier final.

Formulaires dynamiques par métier

Un métier ne se code pas, il s'importe. Chargez un schéma JSON et le module en tire à la fois le formulaire saisi sur le téléphone et la mise en page du PDF : checklist SSI, relevé technique, formulaire de type CERFA, expertise de sinistre. Ajouter un champ métier, c'est éditer le schéma, pas développer un écran.

Pour qui

• Toute entreprise qui envoie des techniciens sur le terrain : maintenance, sécurité incendie, ascensoristes, photovoltaïque, traitement, expertise.
• Les équipes qui veulent arrêter la double saisie entre le carnet papier et Dolibarr.

Prérequis

• Dolibarr 18.0 ou supérieur (testé et supporté jusqu'à la 23).
• PHP 7.4 ou supérieur.
• Modules Dolibarr : Tiers, Interventions, Produits, Services, Tâches planifiées, Facturation, ECM.
• Le module SmartAuth, gratuit, qui porte l'authentification de l'application mobile.
• Un hôte virtuel dédié est nécessaire pour publier la partie mobile, sur un serveur Apache. Si vous ne pouvez pas en créer un, contactez-nous : un proxy frontal joue le même rôle.

Installation

• Accueil, Configuration, Modules, Déployer un module externe, puis soumettez le zip.
• Le module est alors disponible et activable.

Le support n'est pas gratuit. Vous souhaitez des personnes compétentes en face de vous : il est normal qu'elles soient payées pour ce temps. Le prix affiché couvre le module et ses mises à jour. Il ne couvre ni l'installation, ni le paramétrage de votre Dolibarr, ni la formation de vos équipes, ni les développements spécifiques, ni le diagnostic d'un environnement que nous n'hébergeons pas.

Un bogue reproductible du module est corrigé sans frais, cela fait partie des mises à jour ci-dessus.

Avant d'acheter

• Vérifiez les versions de Dolibarr et de PHP indiquées en haut de cette fiche : au-delà, le module n'est pas testé
• Les modules se déploient depuis Accueil > Configuration > Modules > Déployer un module externe, ce qui suppose un répertoire custom actif sur votre installation
• Si le module s'appuie sur un service en ligne, l'abonnement à ce service est distinct de l'achat du module : il est alors précisé plus haut
