SmartInterventions - Interventions sur smartphone, double signature et parc d'équipements 2.0.86 (V18 - V23)

Your technicians fill in their report on their own phone, sign it with the customer on site, and the PDF goes out without anyone retyping a thing back at the office.

SmartInterventions extends Dolibarr's native intervention sheets with an installable mobile application, two handwritten signatures, equipment fleet management and a visual PDF layout editor.

The mobile application

A progressive web application (PWA), installable on the Android and iOS home screen, strictly limited to the interventions assigned to the technician who is logged in. No cap on the number of technicians: a Dolibarr user account is all it takes.

• Today's intervention list, monthly calendar view and search.
• Intervention address with its GPS point and a direct link to the navigation app.
• Tappable customer phone number.
• Report typed in or dictated using the phone's voice assistant.
• Photos taken from within the app, with annotation: drop a marker on an exact spot to point out what was replaced.
• Offline mode: the technician syncs before losing coverage, works with no connection, and syncs again on the way back.
• Drafts saved automatically: a half-filled report survives a network drop or a page reload.
• Dark mode, interface scale, and three distinct interfaces depending on the device (phone, tablet, desktop).

Two signatures, on site

• A technician signature and a customer signature, kept apart, collected on the phone or tablet at the end of the job.
• Stored separately and rendered side by side in every bundled PDF template.
• An additional post-validation online signature flow remains available when the customer is not there: a link sent by email, or the UptoSign module for a qualified electronic signature.

Equipment fleet

• Sites, equipment and periodic checks, each with its GPS coordinates.
• A printable sheet of QR codes to identify every unit on site: the technician scans and lands on the right record.
• Entitlements: tie each technician to the equipment families they are allowed to check.
• Bulk import from a CSV file, with a rollback of the batch when something is wrong.

Consumables and stock

• From the phone, the technician browses the subset of the catalogue you picked, and adds the parts fitted.
• Serial numbers, batch numbers, expiry dates and warranties are tracked line by line.
• On the move to the done status, stock is decremented automatically, from the technician's warehouse or the default one.
• On-site quoting: offer lines to the customer and generate the commercial proposal from the field.

PDF documents

• Three bundled PDF templates (sheet, complete dossier, equipment park tour) and two ODT templates, plus a drag-and-drop visual layout editor: you compose your reports without writing a line of code.
• Cover page, customisable backgrounds, embedded photos and PDF appendices merged into the final file.

Trade-specific dynamic forms

A trade is not coded, it is imported. Load a JSON schema and the module derives both the form filled in on the phone and the PDF layout from it: fire-safety checklist, technical survey, CERFA-style form, loss assessment. Adding a business field means editing the schema, not developing a screen.

Requirements

• Dolibarr 18.0 or above (tested and supported up to 23).
• PHP 7.4 or above.
• Dolibarr modules: Third parties, Interventions, Products, Services, Scheduled jobs, Invoicing, ECM.
• The SmartAuth module, free of charge, which carries the mobile application's authentication.
• A dedicated virtual host is required to publish the mobile side, on an Apache server. If you cannot create one, get in touch: a front proxy does the same job.

Installation

• Home, Setup, Modules, Deploy an external module, then submit the zip.
• The module is then available and can be enabled.

Before buying

• Check the Dolibarr and PHP versions stated at the top of this sheet: beyond them, the module is not tested
• Modules are deployed from Home > Setup > Modules > Deploy an external module, which requires an active custom directory on your installation
