SmartInterventions - Interventions sur smartphone, double signature et parc d'équipements 2.0.86 (V18 - V23)

Ihre Techniker erfassen ihren Bericht auf dem eigenen Smartphone, lassen den Kunden direkt vor Ort unterschreiben, und das PDF geht hinaus, ohne dass im Büro irgendetwas nachgetippt werden muss.

SmartInterventions erweitert die nativen Interventionsbelege von Dolibarr um eine installierbare mobile Anwendung, zwei handschriftliche Unterschriften, die Verwaltung eines Anlagenbestands und einen visuellen Editor für das PDF-Layout.

Die mobile Anwendung

Eine progressive Web-Anwendung (PWA), installierbar auf dem Startbildschirm von Android und iOS, streng begrenzt auf die Einsätze des angemeldeten Technikers. Keine Obergrenze bei der Anzahl der Techniker: ein Dolibarr-Benutzerkonto genügt.

• Einsatzliste des Tages, Monatskalender und Suche.
• Einsatzadresse mit GPS-Punkt und direktem Link zur Navigations-App.
• Telefonnummer des Kunden direkt anwählbar.
• Bericht per Tastatur erfasst oder diktiert mit dem Sprachassistenten des Telefons.
• Fotos aus der Anwendung heraus, mit Annotation: setzen Sie eine Markierung auf eine genaue Stelle, um zu zeigen, was ersetzt wurde.
• Offline-Modus: der Techniker synchronisiert, bevor er das Netz verliert, arbeitet ohne Verbindung und synchronisiert bei der Rückkehr erneut.
• Automatisch gespeicherte Entwürfe: ein halb ausgefüllter Bericht übersteht einen Netzausfall oder ein Neuladen.
• Dunkler Modus, Skalierung der Oberfläche und drei getrennte Oberflächen je nach Gerät (Telefon, Tablet, Desktop).

Zwei Unterschriften, vor Ort

• Unterschrift des Technikers und Unterschrift des Kunden, getrennt voneinander, am Ende des Einsatzes auf dem Telefon oder Tablet erfasst.
• Getrennt gespeichert und in allen mitgelieferten PDF-Vorlagen nebeneinander dargestellt.
• Ein zusätzlicher Modus mit Online-Unterschrift nach der Validierung bleibt verfügbar, wenn der Kunde nicht anwesend ist: Link per E-Mail oder das Modul UptoSign für eine qualifizierte elektronische Signatur.

Anlagenbestand

• Standorte, Anlagen und wiederkehrende Prüfungen, jeweils mit GPS-Koordinaten.
• Druckbare QR-Code-Tafel zur Kennzeichnung jeder Einheit vor Ort: der Techniker scannt und landet beim richtigen Datensatz.
• Berechtigungen: ordnen Sie jedem Techniker die Anlagenfamilien zu, die er prüfen darf.
• Massenimport über eine CSV-Datei, mit Rücknahme des Stapels im Fehlerfall.

Verbrauchsmaterial und Lager

• Vom Telefon aus sieht der Techniker den von Ihnen gewählten Teil des Katalogs und fügt die verbauten Teile hinzu.
• Seriennummern, Chargennummern, Verfallsdaten und Garantien werden Zeile für Zeile verfolgt.
• Beim Wechsel in den Status abgeschlossen wird der Lagerbestand automatisch verringert, aus dem Lager des Technikers oder dem Standardlager.
• Angebot vor Ort: schlagen Sie dem Kunden Positionen vor und erzeugen Sie das Angebot direkt vom Einsatzort aus.

PDF-Dokumente

• Drei mitgelieferte PDF-Vorlagen (Einsatzbericht, vollständiges Dossier, Anlagenrundgang) und zwei ODT-Vorlagen sowie ein visueller Layout-Editor per Ziehen und Ablegen: Sie gestalten Ihre Berichte, ohne eine Zeile Code zu schreiben.
• Deckblatt, anpassbare Hintergründe, eingebettete Fotos und PDF-Anhänge, die in die Enddatei eingefügt werden.

Dynamische Formulare je Gewerk

Ein Gewerk wird nicht programmiert, es wird importiert. Laden Sie ein JSON-Schema, und das Modul leitet daraus sowohl das auf dem Telefon erfasste Formular als auch das PDF-Layout ab: Brandschutz-Checkliste, technische Aufnahme, Formular nach CERFA-Art, Schadengutachten. Ein neues Fachfeld bedeutet, das Schema zu bearbeiten, nicht eine Maske zu entwickeln.

Voraussetzungen

• Dolibarr 18.0 oder höher (getestet und unterstützt bis 23).

• Das Modul SmartAuth, kostenlos, das die Authentifizierung der mobilen Anwendung übernimmt.
• Ein eigener virtueller Host ist nötig, um den mobilen Teil zu veröffentlichen, auf einem Apache-Server. Wenn Sie keinen anlegen können, sprechen Sie uns an: ein vorgeschalteter Proxy leistet dasselbe.

Installation

• Startseite, Konfiguration, Module, Externes Modul bereitstellen, dann die ZIP-Datei übermitteln.
• Das Modul steht anschließend zur Verfügung und kann aktiviert werden.
