FEC control (DINERGIE)

For French companies that keep their accounts in Dolibarr and export the FEC (Fichier des Écritures Comptables, article A47 A-1 of the Livre des procédures fiscales).

Data control (read only)

• Accounting settings: active chart, default accounts (411, 401, 44571, 44566, classes 70 and 6), VAT accounts, VAT rates abolished in 2014.
• Thirdparties and products: missing or duplicated subledger accounts, product accounts outside the expected classes.
• Binding: lines not bound, lines bound to a wrong class or to the sub-account of another VAT rate.
• Binding and journalization status of invoices and bank lines, year by year.
• General ledger: unbalanced entries, VAT inconsistencies, 401/411 without subledger account, missing labels or references, entries not validated, and more.

Each anomaly comes with the fix and a link to the Dolibarr screen where to apply it. The report can be downloaded as CSV.

Chart of accounts

• Official French charts included: general chart (ANC 2014-03, consolidated 1 January 2026), associations (ANC 2018-06), works councils (ANC 2021-05), co-ownerships (arrêté of 14 March 2005).
• Comparison with the active chart, addition of the missing accounts, deletion of the obsolete accounts used nowhere, official labels.
• Sub-accounts by VAT rate and intra-community sub-accounts.

Default accounts and products

• Expected value of each default account, line by line, with the reason.
• Accounts suggested for each product and service.

Corrections

• Corrections proposed line by line and applied after confirmation, never in a closed period.
• Binding with a preview by account, creation of the missing fiscal years, then journalization through the Dolibarr journals.

Financial statements and FEC sending

• Balance sheet, income statement, general ledger and journals.
• FEC generated with the native export of Dolibarr, downloaded or sent by e-mail with the control report.

Activation key

The detection of the errors is free for everyone: data control, reports, statements and FEC sending work without a key. Applying the corrections from the module requires an activation key, reserved to the clients of the accounting firm DINERGIE and free of charge for them (request a key). Without a key, each anomaly still comes with the fix to apply manually in Dolibarr.

To check the key, the module sends to dinergie.com, at activation and then once a day: the key, an anonymous fingerprint of the installation, the URL of Dolibarr, the SIREN of the company and the module version.
