Your customers forget to reorder, and end up buying from a competitor. Reorder Reminder turns every sale of a consumable into a future sale.

  1. Give a life span to your products: cartridge 60 days, filter 90 days, servicing 365 days. Set it on the product card or in bulk on one page.
  2. Each invoice containing these products, point of sale included, schedules a reminder.
  3. A few days before the end of life, the customer receives a "time to renew" e-mail listing the products, with an Order again button opening your shop, the product page or an e-mail reply.

Features

  • Never useless: if the customer bought the product again, the reminder is not sent. A new purchase replaces the previous reminder.
  • One e-mail per customer, even with several products.
  • Life span multiplied by quantity (optional): 3 filters of 90 days give a reminder in 270 days.
  • Optional follow-up with its own message.
  • Order link per product or global link.
  • Sent X days in advance, within sending hours, with a daily limit.
  • Sale undone, reminder canceled: invoice canceled, deleted, set back to draft or corrected by a credit note.
  • Customisable HTML e-mails in the customer's language (English and French included), preview and test sending.
  • GDPR and deliverability: unsubscribe page, RFC 8058 one-click unsubscribe (Gmail and Yahoo), unsubscribed list, Dolibarr E-mailing unsubscribe list respected.
  • Results: reminders with status and clicks, click rate, revenue of repurchases after a reminder, agenda event on the customer.
  • Generic POS customer and customers with an excluded tag are never reminded.
  • Multi-company, MySQL/MariaDB and PostgreSQL, no Dolibarr core file modified.
