Google Review Request – automatic review e-mails after each sale

More Google reviews, without asking each customer by hand. When an invoice is paid (or validated), the module schedules a short, personalised e-mail with a big "Leave a review" button that opens your Google review form.

• Automatic after each sale, TakePOS sales included. The generic POS customer is never asked.
• Right timing: delay after the sale (e.g. 3 days) and sending hours (e.g. 9:00 to 19:00).
• Never annoying: one request per customer over a period you choose, minimum amount, excluded customer tag, daily sending limit.
• Sale undone, request canceled: invoice canceled, deleted, set back to draft or corrected by a credit note.
• Personalised e-mail in the customer's language (English and French included), editable with variables, live preview and test sending.
• "Ask for a Google review" button on the invoice card to send it right now.
• GDPR and deliverability: unsubscribe link in every e-mail, one-click unsubscribe headers (RFC 8058, required by Gmail and Yahoo), unsubscribed list, Dolibarr E-mailing unsubscribe list respected.
• Follow-up: list of requests with status, clicks and click rate, event in the customer's agenda.
• Multi-company compatible, MySQL/MariaDB and PostgreSQL. No Dolibarr core file is modified.

Requirements: Dolibarr 17.0 to 24.0, PHP 7.4 or higher, modules Invoices and Scheduled jobs enabled (Dolibarr cron run by your server), e-mail sending configured. For the unsubscribe link and click counting, Dolibarr must be reachable from the internet; otherwise use the "Reply STOP by e-mail" mode.

Installation:

1. Home > Setup > Modules > Deploy/install external app/module, upload the zip.
2. Enable "Google Review Request" (CRM family).
3. In its setup, paste your Google review link (Google Business Profile > Ask for reviews).
4. Check that the scheduled job "Send Google review requests" is enabled.
5. Give users the module permissions.
