In B2B, prices are often negotiated customer by customer. In standard Dolibarr, when you add a product to a proposal, order or invoice, the system suggests the catalog price (or a customer price you maintain by hand): it does not show the price you actually charged that customer last time.
Last customer price shows it right when you need it:
- A badge below the entry line: "Last price: €15.90 excl. tax (-8%) on 09/03/2026 (Invoice FA2609-0030)".
- Apply button: the unit price and discount are copied to the line. The VAT rate stays the one that applies today.
- Automatic mode (optional): the last price replaces the catalog price straight away; the product minimum price is still enforced.
- Two history tabs: "Price history" on the third-party card, "Prices by customer" on the product card, with a link to each document.
- Settings: documents taken into account (invoices, orders, proposals), validated documents only or not, maximum age, copy of the discount.
- Permissions respected: users only see documents they may read and customers they may see (sales reps, external users). Credit notes and down-payment invoices are ignored.
No Dolibarr file is modified. Compatible with Dolibarr 19 to 24 (tested on 19.0.4 and 24.0.2). Translations: French, English, Spanish.
