Manage your construction projects in Dolibarr: projects and contracts, job orders, planned vs actual job cost sheets (materials, labour, overheads), material requisitions (BOQ) with approval workflow, subcontractors and PDF reports. Ideal for construction, civil engineering, real estate development, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, steel structures, roads…

Main features

  • Job cost sheets per project / contract / job order with automatic numbering.
  • Planning of materials (quantity, unit, unit cost), labour (hours, hourly cost, employee) and overheads (transport, equipment rental, utilities).
  • Automatic actual cost from purchase orders, vendor bills and timesheets.
  • Workflow Draft, Confirmed, Approved, Done; planned and actual margin versus the contract.
  • Cost center control: only lines of approved sheets of the same project can be charged.
  • One-click purchase order creation from the job cost sheet.

Installation
  1. Télécharger le fichier archive (.zip) sur dolistore.com
  2. Dézipper l'archive dans le répertoire /htdocs/custom de dolibarr.
  3. Le module peut alors être activé (), paramétré () si besoin depuis la page de configuration des modules et enfin utilisé.
