LabQC Pro adds a complete laboratory quality control workflow to Dolibarr, from product specifications and analytical testing to automatic PASS / FAIL evaluation, approval, audit trail and generation of quality reports.

The module is designed for companies that need structured quality control of products managed by batch or lot.

BatchSafe Pro integration:
When BatchSafe Pro is installed and enabled, LabQC Pro can automatically synchronize the lot quality status:

• QC test opened → Under inspection
• Finalized PASS → Released
• Finalized FAIL / OOS → Rejected

LabQC Pro also works independently when BatchSafe Pro is not installed.

Reporting:
Finalized PASS tests can generate a professional Certificate of Analysis containing product, batch, specification, test results, verdicts and approval information.

Finalized FAIL tests can generate an OOS / QC Test Report showing the failed analytical parameters and the final rejection decision.

Audit Trail:
LabQC Pro records important QC events including test creation, result updates, status changes and finalization. Each event can record the user, timestamp, object, previous value, new value and note.
