DoliSeqino — Electronic Invoicing via Seqino PDP

DoliSeqino connects your Dolibarr to the Seqino partner dematerialization platform (PDP) for mandatory electronic invoicing in France.

Key Features

Automatic Sending

  • Validating a customer invoice automatically sends it to Seqino
  • Conversion to EN16931 format (UBL 2.1 / CII)
  • Local archiving of the UBL XML file
  • Send status tracking with events in the Dolibarr agenda

Automatic Receiving

  • Import of supplier invoices received via the Peppol network
  • Automatic format detection (UBL or CII/Factur-X)
  • Creates a supplier invoice draft with all lines
  • Factur-X PDF downloaded as attachment
  • Automatic supplier lookup (by SIRET, SIREN, intra-EU VAT or name)

Full Lifecycle

  • Automatic acceptance of the invoice when the draft is validated
  • Refuse button to decline a received invoice (notifies the supplier)
  • Automatic payment notification upon settlement

E-reporting

  • Queue for exempt, B2C transactions and payments (art. 290 CGI)

Installation

  1. Extract the archive into htdocs/custom/
  2. Enable the module in Home → Setup → Modules
  3. Configure your Seqino credentials in Billing → Seqino → Setup
  4. Register your company and create a sending mandate
  5. That's it! Invoices are sent/received automatically.
