• Intelligent Status Management: The module allows the definition of "default hidden statuses" (such as Archived or Done). These items remain invisible in standard views to keep the workspace uncluttered, appearing only when explicitly filtered by the operator.

• Sorting and Prioritization: Users can choose between an objective priority-based sorting or a personalized order via drag-and-drop technology. The cursor feedback (transitioning from grab to grabbing) provides immediate visual confirmation, enhancing the digital tactile experience.

• Immediate Reference Assignment: Unlike standard workflows that involve a provisional phase, the module assigns the definitive reference (ref) at the creation stage, ensuring immediate documentary consistency.

Collaboration and Workload Monitoring

TODO facilitates a clear distinction between individual and collaborative scopes. Through the search_share filter, it is possible to instantaneously isolate personal tasks from those shared with the team.

Furthermore, the module introduces the Workload field. When an activity is linked to an existing project, the system can pre-fill duration data, allowing managers to monitor workloads in real-time and optimize resource allocation.

Native Integration

The module leverages the Dolibarr element_element system to ensure standard linking with other ERP objects. Whether linking a task to a client or a specific order, TODO integrates perfectly into the existing database without creating isolated data silos.
