# ProductCatalogue for Dolibarr V21
## Overview
The **ProductCatalogue** module provides an enhanced product listing interface for Dolibarr with configurable fields, multilingual support, and integrated file annexes. It extends the standard product list functionality with advanced customization options.

## Installation
### Requirements
- Dolibarr V21.0+
- Product module enabled
- Admin privileges for installation
### Steps
1. Copy module files to `/custom/productcatalogue/`
2. Go to **Setup → Modules**
3. Find and enable **ProductCatalogue** module
4. Configure field settings in **Products → Product Catalogue → Configuration**
## Configuration
### Field Configuration
1. Navigate to **Products → Product Catalogue → Configuration**
2. Select which fields to display:
- **Standard Fields**: ref, label, description, price, status, type, barcode
- **Translation Fields**: translated labels, descriptions, notes
3. Configure field properties:
- ✅ **Enabled**: Include in catalogue
- 👁️ **Visible**: Show in list
- 🔍 **Searchable**: Include in search
- ↕️ **Sortable**: Allow sorting
- #️⃣ **Order**: Display sequence
### Annex Configuration
1. **Product Files**: Files from product ECM directories
2. **Category Files**: Files from category directories (future)
3. **File Settings**:
- **Include Subdirectories**: Scan subdirectories
- **File Extensions**: Allowed file types (pdf,doc,docx,xls,xlsx,jpg,png)
- **Max File Size**: Size limit in MB (0 = no limit)
- **Sort Order**: name_asc, name_desc, date_asc, date_desc
- **Export Options**: Include in PDF/HTML exports
## Usage
### Basic Usage
1. Go to **Products → Product Catalogue**
2. Use filters to narrow down products
3. Check **"Show Annex Files"** to include file attachments
4. Export results as needed
### Search & Filtering
- **Quick Search**: Search across multiple fields simultaneously
- **Field-Specific Search**: Search individual fields
- **Category Filter**: Filter by product categories
- **Status Filter**: Filter by sell/buy status
- **Type Filter**: Filter by product/service type
### File Annexes
- Files are automatically collected from:
- Product ECM directories (`/documents/product/[PRODUCT_REF]/`)
- Linked files in product records
- Files are filtered by:
- Configured file extensions
- Maximum file size limits
- Enable/disable settings
