This module enables complete management of customer (and/or supplier) disputes within Dolibarr, with the possibility to send a recovery request directly to the LegalCity platform.

Declare a dispute (invoice, order, contract...) by entering a description, the items concerned, and internal comments. Then add follow-up details (reminder dates, messages), and if needed, initiate an amicable or legal collection request in just one click.

Once the collection process is triggered, track the status (reference, progress) directly from Dolibarr, without manual re-entry or external login.
