MBI Infos Client gives you a clear summary sheet of your third parties in one click, to print or to keep as a PDF.

From the card of a customer, a prospect or a vendor, a print icon next to its name produces a ready-to-take summary sheet. The "MBI Infos Client" PDF model generates the same sheet, with the contacts added, straight into the documents of the third party: ideal to prepare a meeting, a phone call or an on-site visit.

Quick print from the card

• A print icon appears next to the name of the third party on the Third party, Customer and Vendor tabs.
• One click prints a summary sheet, which you can also save as a PDF from the browser's print window.
• The sheet shows the name and trade name, the customer code, the address in the format of the country, the phone, fax, email and website, the professional IDs, the VAT ID, the selected complementary attributes, the notes and a "Comment" area to fill in by hand.

• The MBI Infos Client model is offered in the Documents block of the third party card: the generated PDF is kept with the documents of the third party and can be sent by email from the card.
• The PDF shows your company logo, the identity of the third party, its complementary attributes, its active contacts (name, job position, phones, email), its notes and a ruled area for handwritten comments, with your legal information in the footer.
• Its title adapts to the third party: customer sheet, prospect sheet, vendor sheet or third party sheet.
• When several languages are enabled in Dolibarr, the PDF is produced in the language chosen at generation time or, by default, in the language of the third party.

Choice of the information

• The setup page lets you show or hide the customer code, each of the six professional IDs, the VAT ID, the public note, the private note and each complementary attribute of third parties.
• Options specific to the PDF let you include or leave out the contacts, the private note and the comment area.
• The setup page tells you whether the PDF model is installed.

Presentation and confidentiality

• Professional IDs are labelled according to the country of the third party: SIREN, SIRET or NAF for France, local labels for Belgium, Switzerland, Spain and the other countries known to Dolibarr.
• Complementary attributes are displayed as on the third party card (labels of lists, dates, amounts, checkboxes) and in the same order; password fields are never printed.
• The private note is never shown to external users (customer portal). In the PDF, a private contact only appears for the user who created it.
• Interface available in English, French, German, Spanish and Italian.
• In a multi-company setup, each entity has its own settings.

🧩 Requirements and Dependencies

• Required: the Dolibarr Third parties module, enabled.
• Required for the quick print: JavaScript enabled in Dolibarr, which is the default setting. The PDF sheet does not need it.
• Optional: several languages enabled in Dolibarr, to produce the PDF in the language of the third party.
• External services: none required. The module does not call any external service itself; only the update check, started by an administrator from the module list, queries the MB Informatique server.
• Incompatibility: none known.

🔧 Installation

1. Download the module ZIP archive without unpacking it.
2. In Dolibarr, go to Home > Setup > Modules/Applications.
3. Open the Deploy/Install external module tab.
4. Upload the module ZIP archive.
5. Search for and enable MBI Infos Client.
6. Configure the module options from its setup page if needed.
7. No module-specific permission needs to be granted: the print icon and the PDF generation follow the Dolibarr permission to read third parties.

Manual installation: copy the mbiinfosclient folder into /htdocs/custom/, then enable the module from the module list.

🔄 Updates and Uninstallation

• Back up your files and database before any update.
• Read the ChangeLog, then deploy the new archive over the existing version.
• When updating from version 1.0, your settings are kept and the quick print works as soon as the files are replaced. To add the customer sheet PDF and the icon on the Vendor tab, disable then re-enable the module once; the setup page tells you whether the PDF model is installed.
• Disabling the module removes the print icon and removes the PDF model from the list of documents. It keeps your settings and the PDFs already generated, stored in the documents of the third parties.
• The module creates no table. Neither disabling the module nor deleting its files erases its settings or the generated PDFs: removing them is a deliberate manual operation.

📄 Terms of Use

Article 1 — Publisher. The MBI Infos Client module is published by MB Informatique, a limited liability company registered with the Mulhouse Trade and Companies Register under number 834 342 362 (SIRET 834 342 362 00029, EU VAT number FR07834342362), whose registered office is located at 120 rue de l'Île Napoléon, 68170 Rixheim, France. Phone: 03 67 262 242 — Email: info@mb-informatique.fr — Website: https://www.mb-informatique.fr.

Article 2 — Purpose and acceptance. These Terms of Use govern the use of the MBI Infos Client module ("the Module") for Dolibarr ERP/CRM as well as the associated services provided by MB Informatique SARL (support, updates, activation). Installing, enabling or using the Module constitutes full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms of Use. They apply in addition to the terms of sale of the platform through which the Module was acquired (e.g. DoliStore), which govern the purchase itself.

Article 3 — Code licence. The source code of the Module is distributed under the GNU General Public License version 3 or later (GPL v3+), the full text of which is provided in the COPYING file shipped with the Module. These Terms of Use do not restrict the rights granted to the User by that licence; they govern the services provided by MB Informatique SARL and the conditions of use of the Module.

Article 4 — Requirements and compatibility. The Module is designed for the environments stated in its documentation (Dolibarr 19.0 minimum required, tested version: Dolibarr 23.0.2; PHP 7.1 minimum required). Its operation is not guaranteed outside those versions, in the event of modification of the Dolibarr core, nor in the presence of conflicting third-party modules. It is the User's responsibility to check the compatibility of their environment before installation.

Article 5 — User obligations. The User undertakes to: (a) perform a full backup (files and database) before any installation or update; (b) test the Module on a test environment before going live where possible; (c) use the Module in accordance with its documentation and applicable regulations; (d) keep their Dolibarr instance under normal security and update conditions.

Article 6 — Support and updates. Support is provided by email at info@mb-informatique.fr, under the conditions and for the duration specified at the time of purchase, if any. The following are excluded from support: malfunctions caused by a modification of the Module or of the Dolibarr core by the User or a third party, by an environment that does not meet the requirements, or by a conflict with a third-party module. Some updates may require a more recent version of Dolibarr.

Article 7 — Warranties. The Module is provided "as is", in accordance with articles 15 and 16 of the GPL licence and within the limits permitted by law. MB Informatique SARL does not warrant that the Module is free of defects, operates without interruption or meets any particular need of the User. Mandatory statutory warranties that apply are not affected by this article.

Article 8 — Liability. Within the limits permitted by law, MB Informatique SARL shall not be held liable for indirect damages (in particular loss of data, loss of business, loss of turnover, damage to reputation), nor for damages resulting from: use of the Module that does not comply with its documentation; the absence of a prior backup; a modification of the Module by the User or a third party; an event of force majeure. For professional Users, the total liability of MB Informatique SARL, on all grounds combined, is limited to the amount actually paid for the Module over the last twelve (12) months. Nothing herein excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, in particular in the event of wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

Article 9 — Personal data. The Module operates within the User's Dolibarr instance: the functional data it processes remains stored on the User's systems, and the User remains the data controller within the meaning of the GDPR. In order to allow a version availability check or access to the activation service, the Module may declare to the Dolibarr core service addresses operated by MB Informatique SARL. When the User triggers one of these functions, Dolibarr may contact the service concerned and transmit the technical identifier of the Module to it. The Module contains no licence key and does not itself transmit either the contents of the Dolibarr database or the domain of the instance. As with any connection to an Internet service, the public IP address used to establish the connection may appear in the technical logs of the receiving server, for security and operational purposes. The User may exercise their rights regarding personal data by writing to info@mb-informatique.fr.

Article 10 — Intellectual property and trademarks. "Dolibarr" is a trademark belonging to its respective owners. The Module is an independent development by MB Informatique SARL, neither affiliated with nor endorsed by the Dolibarr association. The copyright notices contained in the Module files must not be removed, in accordance with the GPL licence.

Article 11 — Term and changes. These Terms of Use apply from the first use of the Module and for the entire duration of its use. MB Informatique SARL may amend the Terms of Use for future versions of the Module; the applicable version is the one shipped with the version of the Module in use. Termination of the services does not affect the rights granted by the GPL licence.

Article 12 — Governing law and disputes. These Terms of Use are governed by French law. In the event of difficulty, the User is invited first to send a written complaint to MB Informatique SARL in order to seek an amicable solution. Failing an amicable resolution, any dispute with a professional User falls within the exclusive jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of Mulhouse, including in the case of summary proceedings, warranty claims, incidental claims or multiple defendants. Consumer Users retain the benefit of the mandatory rules of jurisdiction and may use the consumer mediation scheme free of charge under the conditions provided for by articles L.612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code. Up-to-date information on the consumer mediation applicable to the services of MB Informatique SARL is set out in its General Terms and Conditions of Sale, available at https://www.mb-informatique.fr/cgv.html.

Article 13 — Miscellaneous. If any provision hereof is declared void or unenforceable, the remaining provisions retain their full validity. These Terms of Use are written in French; in the event of any discrepancy between the French version and a translation, the French version prevails.
