Factur-X byAkyras transforms your Dolibarr customer invoices into Factur-X 1.09 electronic documents compliant with the EN 16931 profile.

Each invoice combines a readable PDF/A-3 document with a structured CII XML file embedded directly in the document.

The module does more than display technical messages. It adds a dedicated interface that provides a quick overview of each invoice’s status, the checks performed, and the available documents.

A new Factur-X tab for complete supervision

A centralized area displays all Factur-X invoices, including:

• the invoice reference;
• the electronic profile used;
• the results of local business-rule checks;
• the generation status of the Factur-X document;
• the date of the most recent generation;
• direct access to each invoice.

This provides a genuine management dashboard that is much more convenient than simple error messages displayed invoice by invoice.

Visible checks before generation

Before producing the final document, the module checks the essential information available in Dolibarr: company, customer, VAT, invoice lines, totals, payment terms, and bank details.

Any issues are clearly displayed so that you can immediately identify what needs to be completed or corrected.

Simplified generation and download

• Generate or regenerate the Factur-X document directly from the invoice.
• Optional automatic generation after the Dolibarr PDF is created.
• Direct download of the PDF/A-3 document.
• Separate download of the CII XML file.
• View the generation status and check results.

Requirements

• Dolibarr 20.0 or later.
• The company’s legal and tax information must be completed.
• Complete billing details must be provided for customers.
• A bank account must be configured when payment by bank transfer is used.
