CH VAT Record Book for Dolibarr

CH VAT Record Book for Dolibarr generates the Spanish VAT Record Books required by the Agencia Tributaria (AEAT): issued invoices, received invoices and investment goods.

It reads the existing Dolibarr billing data and produces ready-to-submit reports in PDF, CSV and XLSX withthe official AEAT layout and field ordering.

Installation

1. Copy the folder ch-hacienda-libroregistro into htdocs/custom/.
2. Enable the module from Setup > Modules/Applications.
3. Configure the default book and other options in the module setup.
4. Go to Billing / Taxes and special expenses / VAT Record Book.

Requirements

• Dolibarr 18.0 or higher.
• PHP 7.4 or higher.
• Modules Facture and Fournisseur enabled.
• PHP ZipArchive extension for XLSX generation.

Notes

• Amounts are computed from invoice lines (total_ht, total_tva, tva_tx).
• Credit notes are marked as type R4 (or R5 for simplified invoices).
• Intra-community acquisitions with reverse charge are assigned key 09 automatically.
• Cash accounting, triangular operations and SII submission are not included in v1.
• Investment goods must be mapped to the ASSET_ACCOUNTANCY_CATEGORY accounting category.
